Terms of Service
This agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of all services related to The One (the "Service") provided by SACIQ Corporation (the "Company"), between the Company and customers who use the Service (the "Users"). Article 1.
Article 1 (Agreement to the Terms)Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Service.Users must use the Service in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.You may not use the Service unless you have registered as a member.Upon completion of membership registration, a contract for the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") will be entered into between the Company and the User, which includes the Agreement.
Article 2 (Definitions)In this Agreement, the following terms shall be defined as follows
The term "User" shall mean an individual who is qualified to use the Service by following the registration procedures for the Service set forth by the Company, agreeing to the Terms, and completing the registration for membership in the Service.
Article 3 (Contents of the Service)The Service is a service that supports single Japanese women and single foreign men who have registered as members in accordance with this Agreement in their search for a marriage partner. This service is not a guarantee of marriage or matrimony. Those under 20 years of age are not eligible to use this service.
Article 4 (Member Registration)In order to register as a member, the user must agree to the Terms of Use, and upon completion of membership registration, the Terms of Use shall become a contract between the user and the Company. By starting to use the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, obligation, and ability to comply with all of the contents of the Service and the Terms.The User must meet the qualifications and conditions for use as set forth in Article 4.The Company reserves the right to deny membership registration to any user for any of the following reasonsIn the event that the Company deems that the user is likely to violate this Agreement.When there is a falsehood, error, or omission in all or part of the registration information provided to the Company.If the user's registration for use of this service has been cancelled in the past.If you are an adult ward, a person under curatorship, or a person under assistance, and have not obtained the consent of a legal representative, guardian, curator, or assistant.Antisocial forces, etc. (meaning organized crime groups, violent groups, right-wing groups, antisocial forces, and other similar parties. Article 5 (Definitions)In this Agreement, the following terms shall be defined as follows
The term "User" shall mean an individual who is qualified to use the Service by following the registration procedures for the Service set forth by the Company, agreeing to the Terms, and completing the registration for membership in the Service.
Article 6 (Eligibility for Use and Confirmation Procedures)This service is available only to those who have the following qualifications and meet the other conditions for membership registration as set forth in this agreement.(1) You do not have a boyfriend or girlfriend.You must be single (including those who have been married before but are not currently married to anyone due to divorce).You must be at least 20 years old. Please note that these are the requirements at the time of membership registration.If a user is found to have violated any of the conditions of membership registration after registration, the company will, at its discretion, cancel the user's membership registration. In this case, the company shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by the user due to the cancellation of membership.Age is determined to a reasonable extent based on the date of birth registered at the time of membership registration, the user's self-report, and the identification documents submitted by the user, etc. The Company does not guarantee that all members of the Service are always 20 years of age or older, single, or have no dating partners.The Service does not currently conduct criminal background checks on its members.
The Service does not guarantee the legality, consistency, or any other aspect of the current or future conduct of other users.The Company may limit the number of users who are eligible to receive the Service to those who meet the conditions deemed necessary by the Company, and the Company may revoke the eligibility of users if the Company deems them unsuitable to use the Service.
Article 7 (Provision, non-warranty, modification and discontinuation of the Service)The Service is provided without any conditions, warranties, or other terms and conditions of any kind, and without warranty.The Company may change all or part of the contents of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service at any time, without prior notice to the User, if the Company deems it necessary. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of measures taken by the Company in accordance with this provision.The Company does not warrant that the Service is free from defects in fact or in law (including, but not limited to, defects in accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors or bugs, infringement of rights, etc.).The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be compatible with all computers, smartphones, tablets, or operating systems. In addition, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User based on the inability to use the Service due to the User's environment.The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the User due to inability to use the Service due to the User's environment. Such Third Party Services may include services related to the contents of the Service, such as fashion, hairstyle, communication, advice on love, and profile pictures. The Company does not guarantee and is not responsible for any matters related to these third party services, including but not limited to their effectiveness, accuracy of content, and fitness for purpose.
Article 8 (User's Responsibility and Duty of Care)Users shall use the Service based on their own responsibility, and shall take full responsibility for the contents that they publish.The Company may entrust the performance of this service to a third party as necessary.The user shall provide the Company with accurate information about the user by registering, and shall be responsible for promptly informing the Company of any changes to the user's information registered with the Company. In addition, even after the registration of membership, the Company may request the User to resubmit documents already submitted or to submit new documents for the documents designated by the Company, and the User shall comply with such request.In the event that a User becomes engaged to another User while using the Service, the User shall promptly notify the Company and complete the procedures for withdrawal from marriage. In the event that the User becomes engaged to someone other than the User, or for any other reason deemed by the Company to be equivalent to the reason for withdrawal from marriage, the User shall cancel his/her membership registration and take the necessary steps to withdraw from the service.The user shall indemnify the company from any and all damages and liability in the event of a dispute or claim for damages due to the use of another person's work, etc. The user shall deal with disputes on his/her own responsibility.The user shall manage and store information related to the account, such as ID and authentication code, at the user's own responsibility. The User shall indemnify the Company from any and all disputes, claims for damages, etc., arising from the alteration or falsification of the User's content, unauthorized viewing of personal information, etc., due to the theft of the User's ID, authentication code, or other account information by a third party.The User acknowledges that the Company has the right to demand compensation for damages from the User in the event that the User violates these Terms of Use or any other provisions specified by the Company regarding the use of the Service and causes damage to the Company as a result.The Company reserves the right to suspend or discontinue all or part of the use of the Service without prior notice to the User in any of the following casesIn the event of periodic or emergency inspection or maintenance of the computer system related to the Service.In the event of a computer or communication line outage due to an accident.When the operation of this service becomes impossible due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, or natural disaster.When important functions of the service, such as login and payment, are interruptedIn any other cases where the Company deems it necessary to suspend or discontinue the Service.The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of measures taken by the Company in accordance with this Article.The User acknowledges that the Company has the right to claim compensation for damages from the User in the event that the User causes damage to the Company in any of the actions specified in this Article.
Article 9 (Prohibited Matters)Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this service. In the event that the Company deems that a user has committed or is likely to commit any of these prohibited acts, the Company may, without notice to the user, delete the relevant data, display a warning to the user, restrict the use of the service or force the user to withdraw from the service, or charge the regular fee and a penalty fee (3 months of usage fee). In addition, the Company shall have the right to charge a penalty fee (3 months of usage fee). In addition, in the event of a forced withdrawal from the service due to a prohibited act, the usage fee will not be refunded. However, we shall not be obligated to suspend publication or delete the relevant data, etc., and we shall not be obligated to explain the deletion of data, usage restrictions, or any other disposition. In addition, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users based on measures taken by the Company in accordance with this Article.
Actions that violate this agreement

Content that encourages the illegal or unauthorized copying of copyrighted works by others, such as providing links to pirated music or pirated music files.Content that takes unfair advantage of persons under the age of 20 in a sexual or violent manner. Article 10 (Restrictions on Use of the Service)In order to protect the Company's users from unauthorized use of information obtained from the Service (use of information for the purpose of harassing, abusing, or harming others, contacting a third party without consent, or use of information for advertising, solicitation, or sales), the Company may restrict the use of the information by the user who made the unauthorized use, if the unauthorized use is discovered through a report from the user. In order to protect the Company's users from such unauthorized use (i.e., use of the Site for advertising, solicitation, or sales), the Company may restrict the use of the Site by the user who has made such unauthorized use, if such unauthorized use is discovered through a report by the user. However, the Company shall not be obligated to monitor the actions of other users, whether inside or outside of the Service.
Article 11 (Suspension of Membership)After registering as a member, the user shall continue to use the service in accordance with the community guidelines until its cancellation, and shall not temporarily suspend use (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of membership").
Article 12 (Free Members, Paid Members, and Usage Fees)This service offers one free date from the first registration.If you cancel your membership within the free period, you will not be charged. After the free period, the paid plan will be applied and the fee will be automatically deducted from the registered credit card every month thereafter. Paid plans will be automatically renewed under the same terms and conditions unless the user requests to stop the automatic renewal. For more information about the latest paid plans and fees, please visit the official page of this service. Please note that the subscription policy disclosed when you subscribe to this service is part of this agreement. Please note that you cannot change or cancel your subscription after you have applied for the service.Please note that even if you cancel the paid service you have subscribed to in the middle of the usage period (please use the cancellation form in the application menu to cancel), we do not provide any refunds or pro-rated settlements for the unused period.If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must submit your request by the 10th of the month prior to the month in which you wish to begin the cancellation. if you submit your request after the 10th, you will also be required to pay for the following month.Please note that you will not be able to use the dating credits you owned after the cancellation, regardless of whether it is a free or paid period.If a user delays payment of fees under these Terms and Conditions, the user shall pay a late fee at the rate of 20% per year (calculated on a daily basis for 365 days per year) from the day after the due date specified in the electronic document "Request for Updating Payment Information" sent to the user until payment is made.
Article 13 (Cancellation and Penalties)As a general rule, cancellations after the date is confirmed are not allowed for date participants. If you cancel for unavoidable reasons, or if you are absent on the day of the date, we will charge your registered credit card as a penalty fee.If you cancel before 23:59 PM the day before the date, a cancellation fee of 3,000 yen will be charged as a penalty.A cancellation fee of 4,000 yen will be charged for cancellations made between 0:00 AM on the date day and the date start time.If you do not show up at the designated place at the designated time on the date without notice, a cancellation fee of 6,000 yen will be charged as a penalty.
If you are more than 30 minutes late and the other person wishes to cancel, it will be treated as a cancellation after 23:59 PM the day before the date, and a cancellation fee of 3,000 yen will be charged as a penalty.
Article 14 (About Matching and Dating)In this service, matching will be done based on the three "important conditions" entered by the user, but this is not a guarantee of 100% match. The One does not make any guarantees regarding the outcome of the date. Please understand that we cannot refund service fees, transportation fees, cafe fees, etc. for reasons such as the date partner did not meet your expectations, you were not satisfied with the date, the date partner was late, or the date partner did not show up.
Article 15 (Responsibility for Postings, etc.)You are solely responsible for the contents you post on this service and the contents you forward to other users through this service. Whenever a user posts content, the user represents and warrants that the content is (a) accurate, (b) does not violate this Agreement, and (c) will not harm anyone in any way.The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete any data or content, or refuse to allow the use of all or part of the Service, without prior notice.The exchange of messages between users on the Service will be provided through the electronic bulletin board managed by the Company or the message function within the application. The electronic bulletin board and in-app messaging functions can be viewed by all three parties: the users exchanging the messages and the Company. The user agrees to view and delete the contents of the messages for the purpose of improving the quality of the Company's service, preventing accidents, and operating a sound service. However, the Company is not obligated to patrol or monitor messages exchanged using the electronic bulletin board or message function.
Article 16 (Suspension of Service and Deletion of Account)The Company reserves the right to suspend the use of the service or delete accounts in the following cases at its discretionIn the event that a user has violated or is likely to violate any of the provisions of this agreement.In the event that there is a delay in payment of the payment to be made to the Company.In the event that the use of the credit card or bank account designated as the payment method for this service is suspended.In the event that the Company deems that the user's creditworthiness has become insecure, such as the user being petitioned for bankruptcy or civil rehabilitation proceedings, or the user filing such a petition himself/herself.If the user's account has been registered or used by an antisocial force or its members or related parties, or if the Company deems that there is a possibility of such.If the user has not used the account or the specific service for a certain period of time.In addition, when we judge that it is difficult to maintain the contractual relationship between our company and the user, such as when the relationship of trust with the user is lost.
Article 17 (Compensation to the Company)In the event that the Company suffers any direct or indirect damage, loss, or expense (including the burden of attorney's fees) as a result of the User's use of the Service in violation of laws and regulations or the Terms (including cases where the Company receives a claim to this effect from a third party), the User shall immediately compensate the Company for such damage, loss, or expense in accordance with the Company's request. If the Company suffers any direct or indirect damage, loss, or expense (including attorney's fees), the User shall immediately compensate or indemnify the Company in accordance with the Company's request.
Article 18 (Handling of User's Data and Contents)In the event that the Company needs to maintain or improve the Service, the Company may reproduce, copy, collect, analyze, etc. the data and contents stored by the User on the server managed by the Company to the extent necessary for the maintenance or improvement of the Service.The copyright of the contents posted by the user belongs to the user or the copyright holder of the contents posted by the user. Article 19 (Communication or Notification)The user shall use the inquiry form to contact the Company, except as otherwise provided in these Terms of Use. The Company does not accept telephone calls or visits.If the Company deems it necessary to contact or notify the User, the Company will contact or notify the User via the registered SMS. However, the Company shall not be responsible for any disadvantage caused by the user not providing accurate contact information.
Article 20 (Transfer of Rights and Obligations, etc.)Users may not transfer or lend all or part of their contractual positions and the rights and obligations arising therefrom to a third party with respect to all contracts based on these Terms.In the event that the Company transfers the business of the Service to another company, the Company may transfer the status of the User Agreement, the rights and obligations under these Terms of Use, and the User's registration and other customer information to the transferee of the transfer, and the User agrees to such transfer in advance in this section. The User shall be deemed to have agreed to such transfer in advance. The business transfer set forth in this section shall include not only ordinary business transfer, but also corporate separation and any other cases in which business is transferred.
Article 21 (Disputes between Members)Users shall use the Service based on their own responsibility, and shall be solely responsible for their interactions and friendships with other members of the Service, and the Company shall not be held responsible unless there are reasons attributable to the Company. The Company reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor any disputes that arise between you and other members.
Article 22 (Privacy)The use of the service is also subject to our privacy policy. Any personal information you provide to us (including sensitive personal information) will be stored on our computers. You agree that we may use this information to create a profile of your interests, preferences, and browsing patterns, and to enable you to participate in our services.
Article 23 (Regulation of Acts of Inducing Children)This service regulates the act of luring children by using the Internet opposite-sex introduction business.The purpose of this is to "protect children from child prostitution and other crimes resulting from the use of the Internet Dating Services, and thereby contribute to the sound development of children. The components of the service are provided without any conditions, warranties, or other terms and conditions of any kind, and without warranty. Therefore, all representations, warranties, conditions, or other terms and conditions (including, without limitation, those implied by law, such as satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and the exercise of reasonable care and skill) that might have been in effect in connection with the Service in the absence of this legal notice are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not represent or warrant the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed, uploaded, or distributed through the Service by us, our partners, members, or any other person or entity. You acknowledge that any reliance on any such opinions, member profiles, advice, statements or information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the actions of our members, whether online or offline. Please exercise caution and use common sense when using our services. This Legal Notice and the foregoing disclaimers do not exclude any mandatory rights (including your statutory rights as a consumer) that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
This service is intended to be used only in Japan, and we do not guarantee that the service will be available outside of Japan. We do not guarantee that the Service can be used outside of Japan. We are not obligated to provide any support for the use of the Service outside of Japan.
Article 25 (Cautions on the Use of the Service)This service is used by an unspecified number of people, and there is a possibility that there may be users who use this service in violation of this agreement. Please be aware of this possibility, and use the service only after careful consideration, especially regarding the disclosure of personal information.If you wish to provide other members with a means of communication outside of the service, or disclose important information such as personal information, please do so after careful consideration and at your own risk.If you find a member suspected of violating this agreement, please consult with us immediately and report the violation to us.In the event of a report of violation as described in the preceding paragraph, the Company may, at its discretion, delete the relevant data, display a warning message to the relevant user, restrict the use of the service, or forcibly terminate the membership of the relevant user, or restrict the access of the relevant user to the service in accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 5 of this Agreement. Article 26 (Changes to the Service and these Terms)If the Company deems it necessary, the Company may revise these Terms of Use at any time without obtaining the prior consent of the User. In addition, the Company shall notify users of any revisions at any time. If a User uses the Service after the revision of this Agreement, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the contents of the revised Agreement.
Article 27 (Application of the Terms)In the event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be contrary to the relevant laws and regulations applicable to the contract with the User under this Agreement, such provision shall not apply to the contract with the User to that extent. However, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement.
